History

Peregrine Hospitality has deep roots in hospitality that date back to 1992 with the establishment of KSL Recreation. After the sale of the organization in 2004, a new venture, KSL Resorts, was launched by founding partners Michael Shannon, Eric Resnick and Scott Dalecio. KSL Resorts focused on investing in and managing high profile leisure and resort destinations. In 2024, in conjunction with its expansion into the management of select service assets owned by Mission Hill Hospitality, KSL Resorts was rebranded as Peregrine Hospitality. Peregrine's owner/operator model and philosophy continue to differentiate the organization.
