Peregrine Hospitality was launched in 2024. From asset management to advisory support, Peregrine Hospitality offers a complete range of services including hotel/resort management, development/project management and global sales support.
The firm traces its roots back to 1992 when its predecessor company was formed to invest in and manage high-profile leisure and resort destinations. Peregrine Hospitality has owned (in partnership with leading private equity firms) and operated some of most iconic resorts in the United States, including Silverado Resort & Spa, Fairmont Grand Del Mar, and the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina. Today, Peregrine Hospitality manages and/or asset manages a portfolio that includes these and other distinctive resorts and boutique hotels with a wide range of amenities, including spa, golf, tennis and ski, as well as a collection of select-service properties owned by Mission Hill Hospitality.
Peregrine Hospitality's owner/operator model and philosophy continue to differentiate the organization.
The team brings together the operational capabilities and acquisition experience of talented, performance-oriented professionals. Peregrine Hospitality's structure capitalizes on its strengths, resources, relationships, talent and knowledge of hospitality management and investment.
