Nikki Reid, Head of Asset Management

Leading Kestrel, Nikki Reid is a hospitality executive with 20+ years of global experience in asset management, operations, development, and value creation across luxury hotels, resorts, and mixed-use investments. She previously served as Global Head of Hotels for an international family office overseeing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio across Europe and North America. Prior to this she was Head of Hospitality Advisory at Deloitte.
